Ms. Gibson does not believe in giving worthless advice. In her first meeting with you, she will review all of your documentation, gather all the pertinent facts, evaluate your situation, and provide you advice based on your specific circumstances. In addition, she will answer all your questions, and given her usual thoroughness, will probably make you aware of issues you had not even realized.
If Ms. Gibson agrees to represent you, she will provide you with a written retainer agreement, setting forth an amount which will cover an estimated number of hours she will be devoting to your case. This number is only an estimate, as the amount of time necessary to resolve a case depends on many other factors, including how litigious the opposing party/attorney may be, other matters that may arise during the course of litigation, or the need for experts.
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
Each month you will receive an itemized statement indicating what services were performed in your case, the amount of time each service took, and the charge, along with a statement indicating the balance left in your escrow account .
